Hydraulic fittings are pipeline components used to connect hydraulic elements and form a closed circuit. They are primarily categorized into two major groups: hose fittings and rigid tube fittings, encompassing various types such as crimp-on and internal-locking styles. These products are widely utilized across sectors including construction machinery (accounting for 62% of the market), aerospace, marine engineering, and energy/petrochemicals; they are capable of withstanding high-pressure environments while ensuring the leak-tightness of hydraulic systems.

Structurally, these fittings are classified into hose fittings and rigid tube fittings. The former includes forms such as one-piece and crimp-on designs, while the latter covers types such as DIN compression fittings, metric threaded fittings, and weld-on flanges. Innovative designs incorporate a combination of a 360-degree rotatable hollow bolt and a swivel body assembly, allowing for the free adjustment of port orientation. Certain products are manufactured from stainless steel and feature a composite structure comprising steel ball locking mechanisms, dual O-ring seals, and conical valves, making them suitable for high-pressure fluid environments. Quick-release couplings enable tool-free connections and include series such as lever-operated and internal-expansion leak-detection types; select models are compatible with the Nitto SP series. The market for hydraulic fittings in China continues to expand, reaching a value of 78.2 billion RMB in 2022; future development trends are expected to focus on technological upgrades such as lightweighting and intelligent integration.
